So a week after her C-section my wife woke me up at 04:30 standing in a puddle of blood. I rushed her to the ER pushing the SAAB faster than it's ever been pushed. Halfway there doing 150+ I smelt my clutch start slipping. Two miles from out destination it gave out completely to a wobbly idle. Luckily there was a deputy right there I pulled him over and he took her the rest of the way.
 
Now I'm replacing the clutch (praying that is all that I destroyed). I'll have the  F40 out tomorrow and before the new clutch gets here I wanted to source what I hope will be my new favorite forum for some information, experiences, advice, or just plain words of wisdom concerning clutches. This is my first clutch job on this car.

I have 2008 Aero with Vtuner 0 and modified intake. I decided to go with a SPEC Stage 3+ with the Sprung option. Rigid seemed a bit much shuttling a baby around. I intend to upgrade to Vtuner 1 within the year (if i can sell one of my cars). I want to know if anyone has had any experience with this clutch/ setup?  

I'm going by WIS and it calls for MTF 0063 for the tranny. (https://www.eeuroparts.com/Parts/10572/Manual-Trans-Fluid-Gear-Oil-MTF-1-Liter-93165290/)  Any other suggestions? Comments?

If I were you I would call Brian from V tuner and ask his recommendation.

 Will Collins Spec stage 4 is supposed to be the best option spec offers for that tranny. I killed a spec stage 3 unsprung clutch in 12k miles.... Wasnt a happy camper. John from jzw did alot of work with spec to make the clutch fit better with the stock flywheel and pressure plate. If you dont like the spec option i believe its Andy Polniak who is running a black diamond clutch.

Thanks, name is Noah Amadeus. I'm already working on his first SAAB it will be what was my first, 2004 9-3 Linear stage 2 Nordic with Eibach 1.4in lowered, with adjustable Koni's with intake and exhaust.

On the Clutch, I looked on the SPEC page didn't see a stage 4 for sale. I"m hoping the stage 3+ will hold up. I'm sure it will hold up to the Vtuner 0. It's gona be a while before I can afford the Vtuner 1 and supporting hardware.

I just ordered a Spec stage 3+ for my viggen. According to Spec's website the stage3+ on most application holds more power than then the stage4 clutch.
